1. Before use, please check the gear motor for any external damage or oil leaks.

2. Please confirm the operating voltage of the gear motor. If the voltage is unstable, a voltage stabilizer can be installed.

3. Please confirm that the purchased gear motor specifications match the design specifications.

4. Please ensure the mounting base is secure to prevent loosening during operation.

5. If using accessories such as sprockets, pulleys, or couplings, please install them according to relevant regulations.

6. The gear motor body is pre-lubricated with grease; no oil change is required for 12,000 hours.

7. When the gear motor is running, the rated current must not exceed the current value indicated on the motor's nameplate.

8. Please pay attention to ambient temperature, humidity, and pH levels.

9. Improper installation, maintenance, or operation may cause serious damage to the gear motor.

10. Before maintenance or disassembly, ensure that the external power supply is completely disconnected from the gear motor.

11. Safety protection devices must be properly installed to ensure absolute operational safety.

12. The motor must be grounded; please refer to relevant power distribution regulations.

13. Please ensure all installed components and transmission parts are securely fixed before starting the gear motor.

14. If the gear motor is used with a frequency converter for low-speed transmission, an independent auxiliary cooling fan must be installed.

15. After the gear motor is powered off, some charge may remain in its capacitors; please discharge the charge or ground the terminals first.
