Working Principle & Construction
DC permanent magnet motors operate using a permanent magnetic field rather than an electromagnetic field, eliminating excitation losses and improving overall efficiency.
AURIC's direct current permanent magnet motors utilize rare earth neodymium iron boron (NdFeB) magnets, which increase magnetic flux density by up to 25% compared to standard ferrite magnets.
The stator utilizes 0.35 mm cold-rolled silicon steel laminations, reducing core losses and increasing magnetic permeability.
The rotor utilizes pure copper windings and a dynamically balanced shaft, ensuring smooth rotation and minimal vibration over long-term operation.
