Product Advantages

High Torque Output

Robot joints require sufficient power within limited installation space.
Auric offers a range of power specifications from 100W to 7.5kW, with rated torque spanning approximately 0.32–23.9 N·m.
When paired with a gear reducer, the motor output can achieve significantly higher torque.

300% Peak Torque to Handle Instantaneous Robot Loads

Robots generate short-term, high-torque demands during startup, rapid acceleration, quick deceleration, and changes in direction.
For certain Auric models, peak torque can reach up to 300% of the rated torque.

Speeds up to 6,000 RPM help shorten robot motion cycles.

Robot productivity is linked to cycle time.
Auric servo motors for industrial robots feature a rated speed range of 1,500–3,000 RPM, with some models reaching a maximum speed of 6,000 RPM.

17-bit / 23-bit encoders providing high-resolution feedback

Robots require constant awareness of the motor's current position.

Auric can be configured with 17-bit or 23-bit encoders to provide real-time feedback on motor position and speed.

Theoretically, a 23-bit encoder offers the following per revolution:

2²³ = 8,388,608 position feedback units.
This allows the control system to obtain highly detailed information on rotor position changes and make timely adjustments to the motor's operating status based on the feedback.

Smooth acceleration and deceleration to reduce robot joint vibration

The Auric Servo Motor for industrial robots employs closed-loop feedback control to adjust motor output based on real-time operating conditions, ensuring smoother acceleration, deceleration, and stopping.

For high-speed robots, this stability is more important than simply pursuing maximum rotational speed.

Adapt to varying loads and minimize compromises in motor selection.

Auric offers a power range from 100W to 7.5kW, allowing for matching based on the specific load requirements of different robot joints.

For small robots:

100W–750W

For medium-sized robots:

750W–3kW

For robots handling heavier loads:

3kW–7.5kW+

Final selection should be based on calculations involving joint torque, robotic arm length, gear reduction ratio, acceleration, and duty cycle.
