ZLYJ (ZSYJ) Series Hardened-Tooth Surface Gear Reducer for Plastic/Rubber Single-Screw Extruders (Horizontal)​

The ZLYJ series extruder gearboxes are specially developed for plastic/rubber extruders based on hardened-tooth surface technology introduced by our factory. They are widely matched with medium- and high-grade plastic, rubber, and chemical fiber extruders, enjoying high reputation in the industry.

 

 

Attractive appearance, compact design; suitable for both vertical and horizontal mounting to meet diverse installation requirements.

Optimized design: Gear parameters and housing structure are computer-optimized. Gears are made of high-quality low-carbon alloy steel, treated with carburizing, quenching, and precision grinding to Grade 6 accuracy, with tooth surface hardness between 54–62 HRC. Gear pairs run smoothly, produce low noise, and deliver high transmission efficiency.

High mounting precision: Radial and end runout of mounting interfaces reach international standards, allowing easy and precise connection with barrel and screw assemblies.

Unique output shaft support structure​ effectively extends bearing service life.

Standard components​ such as bearings, oil seals, and lubrication pumps are sourced from well-known domestic manufacturers. Imported components can also be supplied upon customer request.
